PRIVATE RESIDENCE SOHO, NEW YORK
In this SoHo loft, raw industrial bones meet a quiet sense of polish. Original character is maintained through the integration of brick walls, steel-framed windows, and expansive volumes all offset by tactile materials and an edited composition of art and furniture. The result is a space that reads as both modern and timeless.
HISTORICAL TRIBECA LOFT, NEW YORK
This Tribeca loft embraces the warmth of natural materials within a framework of industrial architecture. Wide-plank floors and exposed beams establish a sense of permanence, while richly veined stone, hand-glazed tile, and custom millwork lend depth and texture. Large-scale artworks and sculptural furnishings animate the open plan, balancing historic character with contemporary refinement. The result is a home that feels grounded, tactile, and enduring
